All tattoo bookings require a 25% deposit of the total booking price (Minimum of Rp. 500k). This amount will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo, securing your appointment time. The deposit accounts for the time and resources invested by our artists in designing, preparing tattoo stations, and arranging materials, which would otherwise be wasted in the event of a cancellation.
Note: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend or family member for use on a future tattoo service.
Given our limited seating capacity, we require at least 48 hours notice prior to your tattoo appointment for any modifications to your booking, including rescheduling or transferring your deposit to a friend or family member. Insufficient notice may lead to the forfeiture of your deposit.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any booking cancellations prior to your tattoo appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, or you fail to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit and charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment’s total price.
Typically, refunds for tattoo services are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in unique circumstances, wherein Canggu Ink Club Tattoo is deemed to be responsible.
